Be a catalyst for change within our NewYork Sources network! Consider becoming a member of the Board of Directors.

Nominations for the Board of Directors are now open. We encourage you to submit your application online. All applications will undergo a review process and receive approval from our nominations committee. The complete list of Board of Directors nominees will be available shortly.

In accordance with NewYork Sources organization guidelines, the Board of Directors comprises dedicated volunteers from diverse professional backgrounds. They are elected for two-year terms and are responsible for overseeing the organization's operations in compliance with US laws.

To be eligible, applicants must either be an owner or an employee of a member organization in good standing before the nominations deadline on February 28, 2025. Additionally, applicants should not have been employed by NewYorkSources.site for the past two years.

A member in good standing refers to a member of the NewYork Sources organization whose organization has consistently met its membership fees and payment obligations. This status is determined in accordance with our by-laws and constitution.

There are seven available seats on the Board of Directors for a two-year term.
